Mujer Matriz came to life through my own initiations—my sovereign pregnancy and home birth, through deep healing, and through the sacred unraveling that happens when a woman chooses to return home to herself. My womb showed me the way back. My body taught me how to listen again.
And from that remembering, a vision was born: a space where women are witnessed, held, and guided to reclaim their womb sovereignty, embodied wisdom, and cyclical power. It is a path, a devotion. A movement of remembrance, reclamation, and sovereignty.

This womb steaming session is a deeply nourishing ritual designed to support pelvic wellness, menstrual harmony, postpartum integration, and reconnection to the womb space. Each session includes a custom womb steam herbal blend crafted for your body, cycle, and current season of womanhood. (intake form provided)
Whether offered in person or online, the session begins with intention setting and gentle guidance, followed by a 15-minute steam experience that invites warmth, circulation, relaxation, and energetic release within the pelvic bowl. Whole Woman · Whole Pelvic Care Ceremonies
Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care is a deeply immersive 2– or 3–day ceremonial healing experience held within my private home temple in Stratford, Connecticut. This offering is devoted to tending the female body with reverence, slowness, and deep listening—honoring the pelvis as a sacred center of memory, wisdom, and life force.
Over the course of multiple days, we work in an unhurried, relational field that allows the body to soften, trust, and reveal what is ready to be met. Care may include whole-body and pelvic tending, nervous system regulation, ritual, sound, breath, rest, and integration—always guided by your body’s pace and consent.

1:1 Mentorship
Sovereign Womb Remembrance is a deeply personalized 6-month 1:1 mentorship devoted to supporting a woman’s return to embodied sovereignty, womb wisdom, and self-trust. This container is for women who feel the call to remember themselves through the body—not through fixing, striving, or being taught—but through being met, witnessed, and gently guided home.
This mentorship weaves together ongoing 1:1 support with two in-person 2-day Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care ceremonies, held in my private home temple in Stratford, Connecticut. These immersions anchor the work somatically, allowing the body to soften, reorganize, and integrate at its own pace within a sacred, relational field.
Over six months, we move slowly and intentionally—honoring your unique life season, nervous system, cycle, and lived experience. This is a co-created journey of remembrance that may include embodied mentorship, ritual, pelvic and whole-body tending, womb teachings, herbal medicines, integration support, and deep listening to the body’s innate wisdom.

Menstrual Magic & Fertility Education is a personalized 3-month 1:1 educational and embodied container designed to reconnect you with the intelligence of your menstrual cycle, fertility rhythms, and cyclical nature as a woman. This offering supports you in understanding your body as a living language—one that speaks through hormones, sensations, emotions, and intuitive knowing.
Over three months, we explore the menstrual cycle as a guide for energy management, nourishment, creativity, rest, fertility awareness, and self-trust. This work blends practical education with embodied integration, allowing you to apply what you learn directly into your daily life, relationships, and reproductive choices.
Sessions may include cycle tracking and charting, fertility awareness education, hormonal literacy, womb-centered practices, nervous system support, and guidance for preconception, postpartum, or cycle irregularities—always honoring your unique body and season of life.
